7 for Eleven with Steve Rinaldi
Intro
Steve Rinaldi is a South Philly comedian who showcase local comedy friends through his 7 for Eleven Showcase at comedy clubs around the country. The objectives for this project included creating promotional material and enhancing existing branding, capture photography, video, and audio of the live show.
My Role

Outcome
Steven sold out multiple events using my assets and continues to use my services for his social media promotion.
Starting Point & Branding
Steve provided the logo you see here and outlined the scope of the project. I started with researching the retro 7/11 branding and creating a palette to expand branding elements. The elements I included were rounded bars of colors to intertwine with the foreground and background and create areas for text.
Videographer & Editor
I used the expanded palette for colorful transitions in the video promotions, as well as adding a neon sign effect for “Comedy Showcase” subhead on the logo.
Photography
Steve hired me to take photos during the performances for further promotion.
